Newest active charities by listing time (listedAt is the Charity row createdAt). One page of about 50. Active statuses only. Use this to watch for newly added charities. Search is a typeahead and is not a change feed. A soft-hidden charity that is restored keeps its original createdAt and does not reappear here.
