The donate.gg Developer API is invite-only for new accounts. Existing users keep access. Open the Developer Portal to sign in with email. We’ll send a one-time code. New accounts require a platform invitation from Donate.gg Admin or an organization invitation.

Create an API key

  1. Create or select an organization (first sign-in walks you through this).
  2. Create a project in that organization.
  3. Open the project’s API Keys page and choose Create Key.
  4. Copy the key immediately. It is shown only once.
Use the key for config creation, listing, and project analytics, and optionally on public GET routes for a higher per-organization limit. Keep it secret and never expose it client-side. Public catalog reads may omit the key (stricter IP rate limit). See Authentication and Rate Limits. Developer access is free, with the same API features for every rate tier. New organizations start at 50 requests/minute. View your allowance under Rate limits in the portal; Donate.gg Admin assigns higher limits.
Keys belong to a project. Create as many as you need, and invite teammates to the organization when they should share the same workspace. Revoke and replace a key in the portal if it is compromised.
